    • You may initiate a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact ada@artsbyadaa.com within the specified return period.

    • Provide your order details, including the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

    • You will be guided through the return process, including providing you with the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

    • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

  4. Refund:

    • Full Refunds are not accepted.

    • Only early cancellations (3 hours after your purchase) are accepted.

    • We may accept partial refunds for certain exceptions for certain situations. See RETURN SHIPPING for return policy.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item due to an error on our part or defective product, you will need to return the original item following the return process. Contact us for instructions.

    • Only early exchange requests (3 hours after your purchase) are accepted.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made artwork.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately.

    • Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, photographs of the original package, along with your order details.

    • We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

  8. Digital Downloads:

    Digital Downloads are non-refundable. All digital sales are final.
